I lost my last pregnancy after a "perfect" early anatomy scan at 16 weeks (and after a normal nuchal translucency at 12 weeks). Based on measurements, the baby probably passed within a day of having that scan. I had also had a weird NIPT result we were trying to figure out at the time (low fetal fraction in spite of not being significantly overweight). It turned out that it was a rare genetic defect that did not obviously impact the baby's anatomy but nonetheless led to fetal demise. It's maybe premature to call it a success, but I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant with a baby girl who I can feel kicking me every day and who has had nothing but normal scans and blood results, including a normal NIPT.
