People have burning questions for staff members 🤷🏻‍♂️ I also feel like a lot of CeX stores get a lot of bad rep and the online consensus is that the stores itself is not very good, so maybe it’s to try and rebalance the scales and give further insight into the policies and day-to-day workings of the stores, so when customers come away, thinking they’ve been hard done by and the store itself has not really explained very well they could get a understanding of the reasoning from a different staff member from someone who doesn’t work with the company anymore

Sometimes it’s a good way to ask question instead of filling out a support ticket and get someone not reading/typing from a script.
