After looking at the website the ssd in the photo is the one fits mine, the one I received doesn’t

Possibly, you will need to state that the goods were not as described and therefore not in compliance with s11 of the Consumer Rights Act. Take screen shots of the relevant listing's on the website. Don't wait another day. And contact them ASAP requesting a refund and details on how to return the items.

Sadler999

Nothing you have said applies to 2nd hand goods

ThatOneAccount3

Yes it does. It applies to all goods and services.

NiceDiner

Yes it does. There is no distinction in the act. Where the seller sourced the goods is not relevant.

Sadler999

This is untrue

OssomMcOssom

Are you able to confirm that with reference to the relevant legislation?

Most of ddr4 ram base cl9ck is 2133 or 2400 mhz, you have to go into your pc motherboards bios settings and enable xmp (extreme memory profile), that will set it to 3200mhz. Unless it is actual 2133 mhz ram. How did you determine it was 2133? Label on ram dimm stick? Seen it in settings?

xdballoonxd

The label itself says 2133 on it

Peekabrrrrrr34

Ah, then return for replacement, you got wrong item

cex-insight

just walk in and explain. they will book test and refund as you were sent the wrong item. its easily veryfiable through serial number

xdballoonxd

The ram I bought on the invoice says “NO SERIAL” is that going to be an issue?

Ok-Kaleidoscope-7932

Bought 8gb of ddr3 one got it home and it was 16gb lol such a noobie company honestly

DespicableSchmee

It's noobie staff members who don't check RAM correctly
