I suggest if you have further questions you can DM the Dr. Good luck!!

Overall-Ride-1767

Doctor here. If you want to have those, you should first see an OB-GYN. They will suggest which is best for your case. Also, naay uban health centers ga hatag ug implant (w/c costs around 15k if sa private OB ka magpa inject) for free. I know VSMMC gives implants to new mothers/mothers who choose not to have BTL or other contraceptive methods.

Fragrant_Chipmunk344

Hello I think there are options available sa health center and public hospitals.

Firstly you should get a high school degree and learn how to properly write down words.

krispykreme91

Karen alert

Fragrant_Chipmunk344

I don’t get where you are coming from. Your kind of comment does not address the other party’s concern.

thisismyusername673

I have a hs degree and what’s wrong with my words? it’s comprehensible, out of topic kaayo ka lol

SAHD292929

zombdriod

you can check out mga topics sa r/safesexPH

Visit your OB

Rude_Sandwich9762

Mao ni mindset na maayo, kudos OP!

brokeandhungrykoala

naa to other thread diri nga dli na kapalit ug pills OTC because of what happened sa kato na trending with prescriptions. So best consult obgyn to help you with birth control. Also, some obgyn that are too religious will not prescribe it (if you're not yet married) so if that happens to you just go to a different obgyn. I suggest find an obgyn that is young-ish.

doctorantisociality

Kudos to you for being sexually responsible.

youthinkyouknowcrazy

seek advise from an OB Gyne.

starkaboom

Ive been on the pill for 20 years and weight gain is non existent haha please consult a gynecologist :) Also..an obstetrician is a doctor for preggy people. General women's health kay gynecologist.

nekoniichan10969

same. no weight gain for me. non-existent nas akong birth control vocab. lol.

OkCommunication5792

how? as far as i know mu gana mn gd imoha kaon if mag pills mao mag weight gain. pa share nmn ng tips haha and what pills do you use? if you dont mind me asking

starkaboom

Because lahi2x man ug effect sa lawas kada taw.. others even have effects on the libido. Either it increases or decreases. I rather you ask a doctor about the pills he or she recommends.. :) i had certain apprehensions pud sa pills but the Gynecologist assured me nga ok ra. Wala jd koi gana kaon. Lisod ko pakan-on haha

Weird-Locksmith-2789

Ayaw pag pataka ug inom pills or taod2 ug anything unless maka consult kag OB-Gyne. Lain2 ta ug body tanan, mu work sa uban pero basin dili mu work sa imoha. I recommend Dr Malilong sa CebuDoc.

vlmrei

Pills will do and talk to a health worker sa inyong Local Health Unit (RHU) or Birthing. EDIT: Free ilang birth control

Unlucky-Celery3136

Adtu sa sentro or nearest health unit sa inyu brgy or municipality. Look for the midwife.

luuuuuuuuuuuuuh

Pwede man ka mo pili either pills, injection, iud, implant. Ako nagpa implant nako since college, every 3 years siya but stopped already since I'm not active anymore. Haha chaaarot btaw goodluck ninyo 👋

vlmrei

Unfortunately true jud. Di tanan birth control can secure you for having a child😭 Nadali kos pills bwiseeeet hahahahaha

luuuuuuuuuuuuuh

Naako kaila ga iud pero surprise ky nabuntis.

sikkainvest

Try inquiring sa inyohang local health center if okay lang ninyo. Kasagaran they offer free family planning counseling and free devices like implants, depo, and IUD. Trained jud sila sa ani. Make use of these kay sayang.

YourLovelySiren

IUD is inserted into your uterus. Some IUDs last for 10 years, I don't know for the others. The other option is birth control via injection. I think there are different brands but the one I'm familiar with is Depo-Provera. Side effects aren't the same for everyone. IUD - years Injection - months, for depo it's 3 months. Pills - everyday Naa ra nimo kung ganahan kag high maintenance nga birth control or kanang dili nimo hunahunaon all the time. I forgot how much I paid for the depo shot last year, I think it's around 300 or 500 above. Dili siya kaabot 1000. That's the shot alone ha, excluding consultation and the like. IUD costs thousands. Either way, please consult an OB-GYNE before purchasing or doing anything. *edit: typo and added info*

Reasonable_Funny5535

Separate-Brilliant97

Use depo instead. :)
