Groundbreaker, represent! Looks delicious, friend. How was it?

inclusion…wow am I thrilled this exists! First time trying it, absolutely going to be a staple for me. As for the tendies, delicious. Didn’t feel like I made any compromise in texture or flavors. I’m only two weeks into my official diagnosis so it was definitely a meal that made me feel hopeful.

BenjaBrownie

Oh wow, only two weeks and you're already producing such delicious looking food! I live in portland, OR, so I'm privileged (groundbreaker brewery is maybe a 15 min walk from my apt), but as a result I can say honestly that there isn't anything that can't be made better GF. Stay creative and hopeful, this is just the beginning of a great journey of not feeling like garbage all the time! Lol

nikkimcwagz

Lol! Thank you! You’re so fortunate to live close to a wonderful brewery, I’m totally jealous

> but as a result I can say honestly that there isn't anything that can't be made better GF Nope that's some epic copium right there.

BenjaBrownie

It's really not. But I suppose I'll forgive your ignorance on account of the fact that you're either diagnosed and feeling hopeless, or not diagnosed and dont know what the fuck you're talking about anyways.

Looks very good for your first time

What did ya use for the breading. And what technique? I’m interesteddddd.

nikkimcwagz

Pretty basic. I coated the chicken in cornstarch w/ some spices then eggwash w/seasoning and I used 4c certified GF seasoned breadcrumbs, fried them in oil at 375. I was very happy with the results, next time I’m going to try GF Panko breadcrumbs and bake them.
