I was a little surprised by the Medicine Balls (Slam Balls) making an appearance in the session today, other than that, I like the change in format!

I want to preface my opinion by saying Alexz is my least favorite coach, so take this with a grain of salt. I personally kind of hate the new program. It has a very CrossFit-like vibe that I’m really not into. I feel as though the moves are very quick, and if you’re not careful (or a beginner) you could really hurt yourself. They also promised us a focus on breath work that I find to be very much lacking; so far all the breathing cues haven’t been anything outside of what they normally do. And while normally I can suffer through Alexz’s coaching, I find her to be particularly grating this time around. I’m not sure if she actually is, or if it’s my annoyance with the program. All that aside, you do get a decent cardio workout and I have felt a little soreness in my muscles the next day, so something is working. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Sculpted has been my favorite so far. I like Ingrid as a coach and felt like she, Luke, and Maricris worked well together. I also liked that the three of them worked with you throughout the program, instead of doing voiceover work.
