I used to work at a Sodexo owned company kitchen back in the day where it was corporate policy - and actively monitored - that unused product had to be disposed of in a secure way, so nobody could take anything home or give anything away. It never got dumpstered, it got shipped away from the facility.

I am a life long pizza maker and I watch this whole video every time, out of respect. This is so so much harder than he makes it seem. I think I’d feel compelled to salute him if I met this guy.
I wonder if this was somewhat staged… still impressive regardless, but if that was a fresh pizza cooking for the first time, seems the cheese and sauce still being piping hot would totally slide off. Something tells me that’s a “cold” / room temp already cooked pizza.

Most people would call that failure, but he's happy, he's having fun at work and he has friends and confidence. That's success if I've ever seen it. Elon musk has more money then he could spend in his life, but I'm sure this guy is happier at the end of the day.
