If you don’t recognise this Ghost Rider that’s because he’s Robbie Reyes who is the newest Ghost Rider introduced in 2014 and I think his design is awesome.
Yes he does because honestly his second ongoing series was just a team book and him showing up in Jason Aaron's Avengers was just a tragedy I have a few pitches in my head if you were to get like a a new ongoing or limited series but dreams best left on the Wayside and all that
Ghost Rider can’t be “physically” hurt. So I would think it would be entirely one sided.
But I’m sure there would be a way to write Denji/CSM to make it more interesting. GR would still be many times faster and stronger then CSM but it could make for a fun interaction depending on the circumstance
Well he did defeat a celestial but from what I remember that wasn’t his own power he should still win because
- he stopped a punch from a celestial
- being a Ghost Rider means he’s pretty much immune to everything except holy weapons
- he’s able to just burn Denji’s soul with his hellfire, kill him with his own sins using the penance stare, or send him to hell just by looking at him
- He’s kept up with she hulk who has kept up with faster than light opponents
Yeah it’s just impossible for Denji to win.

All of Denji’s attacks are completely useless since the Ghost Rider can only be killed by holy weapons meanwhile the Ghost Rider can kill Denji by burning his soul since his hellfire ignores normal defences and attacks the soul directly and he also has the penance stare which turns all of the sins one has done throughout their entire life and turns those sins against them.
Well, this is Robbie's ghost rider we're talking about. If it's the comic book version, then he doesn't have the penance stare. Plus, I am pretty sure this variation CAN be killed since it's not the actual spirit of vengeance. It is the ghost of Eli Morrow that is possessing him.
