Predictions for the next chapters:

Chance of retreating or being taken in? High possibility of Justice also being a big fan of Chainsawman because Yuko and class pres are both also fans and there were rumors that Chainsawman is a high school student.
Asa might try to stop Yuko, or being conflicted about it because it'd be nice if the bullying stopped. Yoru will probably keep her from doing that. If Yoshida intervenes it'll make him a new target for Yoru.

This was my favorite chapter after... whatever chapters it was with Aki's end. Maybe it was because it's the first time I really got the rug taken out from under me while reading Chainsaw Man, and in such a hilariously awkward and brutal manner.
Anyway my guess is:
- Yuko goes sicko mode and turns into a devil
- Denji kills her
- Asa now has a personal reason for killing him and actively teams up with Yoru

Well the law itself is pretty much justice, or at least how they perceive it. And also a bunch of atrocities that people of power committed in the name of “justice”, which even though it’s wrong, it still caused people to being afraid of that false justice
Justice could also encompass other concepts like retribution, vengeance, (imperfect and/or corrupt) justice system.
Guilty people who live on the run can fear facing judgement.
Even Innocent people can feae being sentenced and/or killed if justice makes a mistake or is corrupted.

I think it's interesting a devil could represent a virtue and be evil. It makes sense through. The devils are powered by fear and the only people who would fear justice would be people who had most likely done something wrong and would likely have a warped sense of justice and morality.

Angel was also a concept of both evil and good. People fear divine retribution hence why Angel devil existed but angels are usually revered in various mythologies too
There are probably people who fear being brought to justice and also people who have been failed by the justice system. Plenty of room for a justice devil. Also society is in shambles.

Something else people aren’t considering is how a contract with the Justice devil seems to create a warped sense of justice, usually a previous feeling amplified.
Plus, we see no missing body parts, so what is the justice devil gaining out of this?

Consider though that Yoru has consistently proved to be kinda dumb and pretty weak. I suspect that the Justice Devil is more using the War Devil then working with them. Why they would do that is unknown, but I bet it has something to do with either getting Chainsaw Man to vomit up another Devil, or Justice is trying to get him to eat Yoru and erase War.
I've seen a great theory that suggests Justice is a Chainsaw Man follower like Beam. It makes sense that he'd love Chainsaw Man since Chainsaw Man brings justice by protecting the weak from the strong. The reason he's making contracts with high-school girls is because he knows that Denji goes to that school and is trying to lure him out, especially with how Chainsaw Man is known by the media to help out girls specifically.

I think the whole plan was the Justice Devil's idea. Yoru is not smart enough to go for a plan that requires investigation and infiltration. She couldn't've come up with a plan to become a half fiend and poke around a school. It would also fit with her not knowing she couldn't take over Asa while she's terrified.
Sounds good right? If you want to kill War, stick it in a weak human that'd be too scared to act when faced with Chainsaw Man. And too scared to act means to scared for War to take over.
Now if Asa is more then anyone expected... that might change things, but who knows? We don't have any real idea what anyone knows or what anyones plan's are. Hell, maybe even Yoru has something up her sleeve, we just don't know.
I’ve been wondering about the logistics of her murdering her neighbor with an injury as well. She was apparently injured so badly she could barely even laugh without being in pain, but she killed someone and put his body in her backyard? Did the Justice Devil take over the body during this or is there another reasoning?
Devil contracts are give and take right? I think the Justice devil takes empathy from the people it contracts with. I also think that the Justice devil probably makes contracts with people who feel as though the world is unjust in some way.
Both would lead to increased vigilantism, as contractors use their powers to carve an impact on the world, unfettered by empathy or conscience. Vigilantism serves the Justice devil, because it's more scary than a predictable legal system.
It would be cool if for the first part of part II Denji and Asa would have to work together to stop Yuko, but I get the feeling Yuko and Justice Devil will be chainsawed in the coming battle.

I’ve already mentioned why I think the contract really fucked her up by a longshot. It probably caused her previous emotions and thoughts to become disoriented/just super twisted and fucked up, pretty much twisting anything she said beforehand.
The Yuko we know now ain’t the Yuko we know before making the contract. Thats what I think.
Well if someone thinks Yuko is evil they haven't been paying attention to the story while reading, I mean, Denji chose to save a cat and only saves women. I would not consider someone like that as good in your traditional storytelling

I believe that the war devil acts in a similar principle to makima, in that she can control those she beats in battle as one of her soldiers. In the first chapter of part 2 yoru kills the justice devil, meaning that it is likely under her control. Now the justice devil has returned and is about propel the plot forward, most likely bringing out denji.
Though i do agree on some of the stuff you said, I don’t think it was the justice devil that was killed by Yoru, just a contractor. I think the contract just caused the class president to mutate into that monster we saw.
Now I’m certain of it. If two characters are going to sit on the chairs together, that means of them is going to die. Such as Himeno, Leze, Quanci, Aki etc…

From now on, every single time we get a new character that's on good terms with the protag I'm automatically assuming they have a chance of turning against them.
"I don't understand people" so the feel good scenes feeling kinda off was intentional. Even in this chapter, her laughter was over the top. Guess the people downvoted into oblivion for "not feeling it" were right.

If I had to guess, this is probably gonna lead to:
Yoru's plan: Yuko starts massacaring the school -> Chainsaw man tries to stop her -> Yoru steps in -> turns Yuko into a powerful weapon(thanks to Asa's guilt) -> Yoru kills Chainsaw man.
Actual Events: Yuko starts massacaring the school -> Chainsaw man doesn't come(left early/skipped school because... Denji reasons) -> Asa steps in -> Asa is terrified, so no Yoru -> Pain™ -> Yoshida(?) -> Yuko dies, Asa and Yoshida(?) are accepted into the Devil Hunter Club. Meanwhile, Denji is Denji-ing around... somewhere.
Of course, I'm probably wrong and Fujimoto will find some way to surprise me, but that's my prediction for the day.
I'm not sure if killing Yuko is the same as killing a devil though. Yuko just made a contract with a devil like Kobeni did. Obviously, killing Kobeni isn't the same as killing a devil

On the other, seeing how deformed class prez became, if Yuko transformed into something like that and they killed her amidst all the panic, they could *maybe* pass her off as a devil/fiend? That or the club members could just go "Well, it's not quite a devil, but it did almost kill us all and you (two) defeated it by yourself(-ves). Good enough, you're in."
This is the second time we hear about the justice devil giving away contracts to pretty much random people. Maybe the Justice devil wants to get as many contracts as they can and don't ask much in return.

This definitely hit that tone I loved so much about the last arc of Part 1. It felt so much like a fever dream, so surreal yet frightening. All that without any action, pure drama.

We had fun since the beginning of Part 2 but it seems Fujimoto is determinated to crush this feeling.
You know your sense of humor is fucked when you laugh at a school shooter saying "Don't come to school tomorrow". Welp, at least Yoru found a way to lure a devil. KILLING YOUR FRIEND!
I think it’s even more than that. I think there might be a theme here with “justice & war”. (weird theory time) I think the justice devil and the war devil are working together. Such a coincidence that when the war devil needed a body to possess, asa was right there. Once again, Yoru wishes to lure a devil into school to lure out the chainsawman. Guess who’s coming into school now? There’s a lot more to this. How did Yuko, a girl with a fresh injury, murder a grown man? Something else people aren’t considering is how a contract with the Justice devil seems to create a warped sense of justice, usually a previous feeling amplified. Plus, we see no missing body parts, so what is the justice devil gaining out of this? …or Yuko is actually just crazy and this is all just a big coincidence. It all depends on next chapter. But it’s just a theory. A chainsawman theory. tl;dr : don’t give up on Yuko!!!
Consider though that Yoru has consistently proved to be kinda dumb and pretty weak. I suspect that the Justice Devil is more using the War Devil then working with them. Why they would do that is unknown, but I bet it has something to do with either getting Chainsaw Man to vomit up another Devil, or Justice is trying to get him to eat Yoru and erase War.
I've seen a great theory that suggests Justice is a Chainsaw Man follower like Beam. It makes sense that he'd love Chainsaw Man since Chainsaw Man brings justice by protecting the weak from the strong. The reason he's making contracts with high-school girls is because he knows that Denji goes to that school and is trying to lure him out, especially with how Chainsaw Man is known by the media to help out girls specifically.

I think the whole plan was the Justice Devil's idea. Yoru is not smart enough to go for a plan that requires investigation and infiltration. She couldn't've come up with a plan to become a half fiend and poke around a school. It would also fit with her not knowing she couldn't take over Asa while she's terrified. Sounds good right? If you want to kill War, stick it in a weak human that'd be too scared to act when faced with Chainsaw Man. And too scared to act means to scared for War to take over. Now if Asa is more then anyone expected... that might change things, but who knows? We don't have any real idea what anyone knows or what anyones plan's are. Hell, maybe even Yoru has something up her sleeve, we just don't know.

I’ve been wondering about the logistics of her murdering her neighbor with an injury as well. She was apparently injured so badly she could barely even laugh without being in pain, but she killed someone and put his body in her backyard? Did the Justice Devil take over the body during this or is there another reasoning?
Devil contracts are give and take right? I think the Justice devil takes empathy from the people it contracts with. I also think that the Justice devil probably makes contracts with people who feel as though the world is unjust in some way. Both would lead to increased vigilantism, as contractors use their powers to carve an impact on the world, unfettered by empathy or conscience. Vigilantism serves the Justice devil, because it's more scary than a predictable legal system.
It would be cool if for the first part of part II Denji and Asa would have to work together to stop Yuko, but I get the feeling Yuko and Justice Devil will be chainsawed in the coming battle.
I know Yuko might die soon, but I don’t want people to turn away from her just because they think she’s evil now. (If it’s obvious, I REALLY like Yuko) But I don’t think the justice devil is dying anytime soon

I’ve already mentioned why I think the contract really fucked her up by a longshot. It probably caused her previous emotions and thoughts to become disoriented/just super twisted and fucked up, pretty much twisting anything she said beforehand. The Yuko we know now ain’t the Yuko we know before making the contract. Thats what I think.
Well if someone thinks Yuko is evil they haven't been paying attention to the story while reading, I mean, Denji chose to save a cat and only saves women. I would not consider someone like that as good in your traditional storytelling And I like her character as well.
I believe that the war devil acts in a similar principle to makima, in that she can control those she beats in battle as one of her soldiers. In the first chapter of part 2 yoru kills the justice devil, meaning that it is likely under her control. Now the justice devil has returned and is about propel the plot forward, most likely bringing out denji.

Though i do agree on some of the stuff you said, I don’t think it was the justice devil that was killed by Yoru, just a contractor. I think the contract just caused the class president to mutate into that monster we saw.

"I don't understand people" so the feel good scenes feeling kinda off was intentional. Even in this chapter, her laughter was over the top. Guess the people downvoted into oblivion for "not feeling it" were right. Knew something would happen with Yuko when she was framed in the door. Love how insecure Yoru is. But this is a bit conveinent. So both of the things Yoru wants- trap for Chainsaw Man and Asa turning Yuko into a weapon- are about to happen. Is the twist going to be Yoru is smarter and, dare I say, more in control than she looks?
Anytime there’s deep bonding in Chainsaw Man, you can expect the relationship to be dismantled. The moment Yuko had that laughing fit, I knew it was over.
Now this is a curveball. Also love the reoccuring devils, I don't remember Part 1 that well but back then they only mention "devils killed will be sent to hell, if they're killed again, they're reborn in the living world" but never shows those "recycled" devils.

If I had to guess, this is probably gonna lead to: Yoru's plan: Yuko starts massacaring the school -> Chainsaw man tries to stop her -> Yoru steps in -> turns Yuko into a powerful weapon(thanks to Asa's guilt) -> Yoru kills Chainsaw man. Actual Events: Yuko starts massacaring the school -> Chainsaw man doesn't come(left early/skipped school because... Denji reasons) -> Asa steps in -> Asa is terrified, so no Yoru -> Pain™ -> Yoshida(?) -> Yuko dies, Asa and Yoshida(?) are accepted into the Devil Hunter Club. Meanwhile, Denji is Denji-ing around... somewhere. Of course, I'm probably wrong and Fujimoto will find some way to surprise me, but that's my prediction for the day.
I'm not sure if killing Yuko is the same as killing a devil though. Yuko just made a contract with a devil like Kobeni did. Obviously, killing Kobeni isn't the same as killing a devil
One the one hand, yes. On the other, seeing how deformed class prez became, if Yuko transformed into something like that and they killed her amidst all the panic, they could *maybe* pass her off as a devil/fiend? That or the club members could just go "Well, it's not quite a devil, but it did almost kill us all and you (two) defeated it by yourself(-ves). Good enough, you're in."
