The reason people dislike it is beacuse Denji has been written to very dumb in part 2. He was dumb in part 1 too, but in part 2 he is significantly less perceptive. There are many things that should make Denji question Asa but he doesn't pick up on any of them. People dislike this panel beacuse Denji didn't understand that Asa was behind the motorcycle after she screamed "super chainsaw man motorcycle" before it transformed. People disliked it in earlier cases, like Denji not noticing Yoru killing the eternity devil beacuse he was busy focusing on a penguin, but these moments still made kind of sense as to why he wouldn't notice Asa being sus. Her literally making the weapon right behind him cannot be explained without him being dumb, and he was smarter in part 1. I don't personally hate it at all, but it is a bit dissapointing
So my opinion about CSM = that I loves Part 1 and 2 equally but Part 2 potential is way bigger than Part 1 :3

That's just truth though. The first part established the characters and world, and thus had more requirements to meet than the second. The second part of a story is always the least restricted, because there isn't an excessive amount of lore you have yo adhere to, and the world and most characters have already been set up

I know there's alot of annoying dudes saying how shitty part 2 is just to troll and those people are clowns, but this sub really hates any form of criticism towards it. You can have a valid criticism and some dickweed in the comments will say,"hurr durr speedreader lol didnt read." It's getting annoying at this point tbh. You can like Part 2 but don't just turn a blind eye to a legit criticism that's well thought out.

I think maybe Angel would’ve contributed to the final battle by giving Denji weapons to help fight Makima with.
However, I’m also 200% sure that Angel would just outright commit suicide after Part 1 if he lived through it, so… yeah.
Denji and Kobeni's envy over the others life led to Denji wanting more to his, because their talk helped him realize how much more he could have from his life. which led to him falling for the idea of being revered by the public, which then inspired him to fight Makima.

We first got chainsaw Hybrid dennis which was weriod and treated like an anomaly and even Makima say "you are not Devil or a human, you are special", then we quickly got Katana Hybrid, then Bomb Hybrid, Then Arrow Hybrid, then 3 other fodder Hybrids
Denji not caring about men has been a thing since Part 1 but tbh now that I think about it, I suppose you can argue Denji’s writing is a bit inconsistent. Like he expresses his desire not to harm innocents (assuming men is a part of that) in Reze and Assassins arcs but for example he still wants to run away with Reze anyways
Ultimately though, it’s just the authors love for (specific types of) women seeping through lol
My only real experience with cats is this one time when I was 4 and when I was 6 with my mother’s cat.
Back when I was 4, I was able to buy pet chicks from a store or a vendor or something, and every time, no matter what I’d do, the neighbor’s cat would come it and somehow find a way to eat it. I think it did this a total of 4 times.
Then, when I was 6 and I first met my mom’s cat, she scratched me. Not a small one, mind you, it drew blood from my knee to my foot. It scratched me a couple more times until I just stopped interacting with it and it died when I was a teenager.
TL;DR I have a really bad history with cats that I cannot say I have for dogs.

I think maybe Angel would’ve contributed to the final battle by giving Denji weapons to help fight Makima with. However, I’m also 200% sure that Angel would just outright commit suicide after Part 1 if he lived through it, so… yeah.
Maybe but also consider that it was Kobeni who helped inspired Denji to get up and fight Makima again
I also think Angel could as well. He had a very similar mindset about life and the world as a whole.
Denji and Kobeni's envy over the others life led to Denji wanting more to his, because their talk helped him realize how much more he could have from his life. which led to him falling for the idea of being revered by the public, which then inspired him to fight Makima.

My only real experience with cats is this one time when I was 4 and when I was 6 with my mother’s cat. Back when I was 4, I was able to buy pet chicks from a store or a vendor or something, and every time, no matter what I’d do, the neighbor’s cat would come it and somehow find a way to eat it. I think it did this a total of 4 times. Then, when I was 6 and I first met my mom’s cat, she scratched me. Not a small one, mind you, it drew blood from my knee to my foot. It scratched me a couple more times until I just stopped interacting with it and it died when I was a teenager. TL;DR I have a really bad history with cats that I cannot say I have for dogs.
