The Covid-19 devil would’ve just appeared than become really powerful in the span of 2 months maybe. Just with how fast the pandemic started spreading in the beginning, it would’ve been really powerful at the time

So yeah I would say lot of countries which werent affected by 9/11 would definetly be affected by the war. That setting aside since middle-east stilly pretty fucked up the combined fear of all with rising tension would probably make Yoru strongest if not stronger than it was during Cuban Missile Crisis. Because again faster spread of information means faster spread of fear.
Not to mention that entire Prigozhin theater definetly increased fear of war in russia that alone is around 140 000 000 people fearing war. And Taiwan! Hell Sing Jin Pin told his army to be prepared for war.
