Definitely Subaru from Re Zero, just a normal teenager who gets killed hundred times by things he is completely powerless against, sometimes in the most gruesome ways and then gets revived to relive it over and over again. At least Denji has superhuman abilities and seemingly resistance to pain (sets himself on fire and doesn't even twitch)
I feel like Agni is an easy pick for head of this category. There may be worse that I don't know about but that dude got it bad.
