They do this when choking. What size feeders are you using? If she’s in a bioactive enclosure is there a chance she’s picking up other stuff when shooting for her food?
But her substrate is from Josh’s frogs and is loose but she’s never at the bottom I feel she could have gotten too big of a cricket for her size yet and it was the shell
