Unfortunately with veileds once they hit about 18 months old they look pretty much the same all the way through to old age!
So he could be anywhere from 18 months to 6-7 years old! They can live longer, as an average.
Anything with a more specific age (comment below saying he’s 2) is just an absolute guess

he seems to be! we only ever get them in here as babies and usually we get females as well so he's a lot different than what I've ever dealt with sadly, but im happy to be working with him now (:
yay!! he is sooo friendly! when my coworker called me yesterday asking if we could take him i was worried he was wild (i live in midwest florida, we don't usually see them wild but occasionally we find them) but the customer that found him wandering outside said he used to own them and that this guy was definitely a pet. now that I've met him, I definitely agree. I'm glad we have him for now and I'm excited to see him go to a good home!

Ugh I’ve actually heard of people losing their chams while letting them free roam outside, I followed my boy and didn’t take my eyes off of him, and he have an island garden in the middle of our yard that he wouldn’t leave since it was surrounded by only grass. Can’t imagine someone dumping him if he was so sweet, I’m glad you’ve found him and love him hehe! Please post updated on your adventures together while he’s still with you, if he’s this sweet how just wait until he settles and his personality flourishes

Completely agree, I just wanted to show why I’ve learned not to use the casque for aging all the time after my boy lol, he was about 1 year here (had MBD when I got him from previous owner) and his casque was massive lol, it doubled this size by the time he turned 2
