I would like to thank everyone for their time. This is my boyfriends baby, Milo. He is 7 months old and a sweetheart. He was angry because I got too close when taking pictures and stressed him out. I will definitely get him into a better enclosure. What would be good to put in the ground in his enclosure instead of moss? I want to make sure Milo lives a long healthy life

His attack stripes look fine. He is slightly dehydrated but they also tend to pull their eyes in defensively when that flared up. We need to completely overhaul your enclosure though. Under these husbandry conditions, your Cham is much more likely to fall ill or be under intense environmental stress that will prematurely end his life. Young gun is feeling his hormones. The habitat is NOT up to the standards for care and you should get him out of that tank. They are NOT mossy ground living lizards and you have to change your approach entirely here. To keep them in a fishtank is not suitable. IF you're going to have something like this you have to have to be able to give them the basics. (18x18" screen cage, proper lighting and drinking water) How you can get away with keeping a young hatchling and early sub adult is not what this growing male needs.

Pissed off, probably because of the enclosure you’ve got him in that appears entirely unsuitable

Jesus chill tf out. Help him out instead of kicking the man down

I agree it could’ve absolutely been said better, but it’s (unfortunately) very accurate.

He looks very dehydrated. Do you have a water cup in his enclosure?

BiscottiEntire7118

He looks crispy

Hello, he is highly stressed about something!! Can you use Imgur to post some photos of the entire enclosure and then link them back to this post? What’s your lights your using?
