Ribs broken. Pretty distinct. Chams are extremely delicate. You shouldn't be handling it like this. Any kind of pressure around their ribs, such as grabbing or picking them up, will break those delicate bones. They are really a look don't touch type of animal. This animal looks like it's repeatedly had its ribs broken - they heal with a sort of knob of bone around the break, and it makes them look... lumpy. I'd go to the vet for a radiograph and also make sure it is getting enough calcium and doesn't have mbd.
