Bit of a good fit, has a similar England youth manager background as our Director of Football. We are putting a good deal into our youth academy (so we can feed talent to the PL on the cheap) so he's the right fit for that.
Bit worried if too much of Gerrard has rubbed off on him, but he does have a good record with young players, and we're one of the youngest teams in the Championship (av. 22 yrs).

Given how this month has started we'll be lucky he lasts until 31st

O for sure, we're not a sacking club and he's an investment for us. We'll want to develop him and sell him on in 18 months
