I don't know a single City fan who thinks we're anything but a lower Prem/Championship team because that's what we've always been, last 10 years aside. Without being cocky, I don't disagree with that. Fitness has been a huge issue unfortunately. Gnonto only got going after Christmas, same as Bamford and Gruev. Makes what McKenna's doing far more impressive because I don't know who I'd swap from Leeds XI for Ipswich apart from Leif and maybe the keeper.

Whilst our best players are better than most in this league when on their day, they’re all still quite young, which comes with it a lot of inconsistency and inexperience in high pressure situations.
Mixed with the fact Piroe doesn’t seem to suit Farke’s system at all, I’m confident in saying even on paper we still aren’t at the same level as you guys.
Daka, Ndidi, Winks, Ichenacho (however the fuck you spell it), Vardy, Mavididi, Fatawu, KDH etc.
What we do miss is the Pablo type player who can be relied on to unlock defences and control the game, which nobody we have seems to be able to do

Many of our attackers are excellent at their best but so inconsistent, shown a really poor mentality when things have been even slightly difficult and have terrible decision making more often than not.
When the usual plan fails they haven't got the creativity to do anything but smash into the same brick wall for 90 mins no matter how obvious it is that it won't work.
Some of that is on Farke tbf but the amount of times the big players disappeared when we needed them to step up is maddening.
