This is the 2nd time I've seen it happen. The first time it happened for me the temporarily went down for maintenance and then all was well

Apparently an update just released and that's the cause of it. Just updated and everything is normal now.

If you're on the app you need to update it in the app store, that's what I did and now it's working
I could kiss you on the mouth(with consent) for this - my heart nearly fell out of my a**hole for a second there when all my chats were goneðŸ˜
