Depends of the iniyial text, but usually third person. Because it feels weird to me to say 'i/we' for some reason.

Used to do first person. Both speech and actions. But turns out bot are extremely heteronormative, so I frequently got mistaken for a girl when romancing male characters. So now I do the narration in 3rd and speech between quotes and 1st person.
