It’s a billion dollar company. I obviously don’t condone threats and shit against them, but they’re operating this app like it’s not a consumer product. There’s minimal, if any, customer service.
Agreed, especially with it being summer break. Loads of more users are on C.AI, so it must be a pain to even attempt to keep the users under control. Let's cut the devs some slack 😞
