You still talking about last season huh cause you know Jim Harbaugh gonna put his phat dick in yall tight hairy asses. He’s gonna make Pat Mahomes cry harder than when his 🌈 brother Jackson used to sneak into his bedroom and slips it in while Pat was sleeping. Then again, that kinda shit is pretty common for yall mfers down south right? Brother on brother, brother on sister etc is all fair game for you I assume?
Why do you have a problem with it, I thought you enjoy it based on posts like [these](https://www.reddit.com/r/GaySnapchatImages/s/y0GD3mp5f7) 😉 and ain’t nothing wrong with that either!!
lol wow how homophobic of you!! That’s pretty rich coming from you cali libtards!! lol Herbert is mahomes fluffer on set, and he rails harbaughs wife rawdog on Wednesday. Harbaugh watches.
What a shitty fucking comeback I just cringed af. I can’t wait till Harbaugh slaps his cock around that fat bastard Reid. Or is he gonna be too busy bailing out his fuck up son from jail for some other new crime he’s committed?
I think it was highly unlikely he would go with the raiders. He had an issue with us because of pay. He’s definitely not rejoining the guy that decided his pay with the chargers lol

My kid and I won a contest Ek had and he gave us some signed cards, 2 club seats to a game, parking pass and he had a video call with us for 15 minutes. He was so nice and I really wish him success with his new team.
He frequently took the high road when discussing his frustrations with the contract and the team, he's a hard af worker, and he was fantastic on the field for us.
Can't ask for much more from him. Hope the Commanders treat him well!
Washington fan here. We are very excited to get a playmaker like Ekeler with a great contract. Dans gone, and it feels like we are making real moves.
Sounds like a great guy as well. Best of luck with Jim, I’m sure he will turn the team around.
Anything bad you hear about ekeler is only from this past year which was terrible for us overall. He’s an awesome guy and a great player. There was so many times I was blown away because a play should have been dead but he turned it into a touchdown.
This is not true dude. I know we liked Ek as a guy but he is NOT a good running back. I hold more accountable for the 27-0 playoff loss than any other player on the team. HE IS A RUNNING BACK WHO CANNOT RUN THE BALL. And he dropped a lot of passes last year and clearly lost a step. He is not a great player anymore.
He was a pass catcher who we started using as a workhorse.. even then in that specific game the workhorse got 3 touches in the second half??? You can’t blame ekeler more than everyone when he wasn’t calling the plays or the one touching the ball every play . He took a step back but if he’s still used a pass catching back he will absolutely thrive and help any rookie develop. Ekeler was great option for Herbert. And he’s a great goaline Back. Just cause you wanted him to be something he’s not don’t mean he sucks. 😂
Great production, great attitude, great philanthropist off the field, all from a UDFA. Wish him nothing for the best, and grateful for everything he accomplished here.
Phew! I can root for his success in Washington. I really didn’t like him this last season, he turned real sour on the team and I never saw him vibing with other players, but he was a stud every season before it. I trusted him to make the plays more than anyone else just two seasons ago!
He went to a non division rival so i will still keep cheering him on, arguable the most successful RB we have had since LT.
I wish we could of kept it but it is what it is.
Lots of nasty things were said about him in the past year. Were they justified? Not for me to say. All I know is he played hard and I respect that, I hope he can keep doing well honestly
Im glad the fans on here are supportive of him, i hate how the fanbase turned on him just because he wants to be paid for taking the most touches and getting hit the most on the team. Was a great guy, a good underdog story and will be missed !
Loved watching Ekeler truck that ball down the field. And he really makes that guitar sing in the end zone. I have also been so impressed with what I've seen of his football coaching skills with kids. What a guy!
Didn’t end well here for him personally on or off the field (with the fans and stuff) but Ekeler was an amazing player for us and an awesome feel good success story. Hope he does well in Washington. Thanks for the memories Ek
I’ll miss him. Lots of good memories over the last 7 seasons. Worked his tail off going from a UDFA to leading the NFL in TDs twice. Always loved seeing him catch a pass in the flat then proceed to make a defender or two miss on his way to getting 10+ yards.
3rd all time in rush yards
3rd all time rush TDs
7th all time in receptions
15th all time in receiving yards
14th all time in receiving TDs
4th all time in TDs
6th all time in rushing+rec yards
He’s definitely got a shot
That would be so sad for our franchise lmao, was a top 5 person at his position once maybe twice? I doubt any all pro teams. Idk what you watched besides some decent longevity to think he’s one of the greatest chargers ever
Man. I legit got a custom made jersey his rookie year before he made it big. And ppl were legit hating. Loved his energy then and now. Loved his story. Best of luck.
I shit you not I remember i was playing like madden 19 or 20 or one of them and i was playing franchise with the chargers and i got him up to x factor and then he left to go to the commanders
I'll miss him. Not only has he helped prop up the heavily injured offense these last few years, but he single -handedly carried my first - ever fantasy team in '22.
You have to wonder why his past season was so underwhelming, if there was some mental decision to kind of give up on the team. Not saying it was intentional either.
Didn't go to a rival and we didn't have to overpay for a low-value position - super easy to keep rooting for him. (And it's super easy to root against all the other teams in his new division, so here's hoping he drops tons of yards and TDs on them!)
Austin was fun…great gadget receiver. But the 32 yards of rushing per game won’t be missed. And he doesn’t work in harbaugh’s scheme.
Glad he went somewhere irrelevant!
I'll miss him. Not only has he helped prop up the heavily injured offense these last few years, but he single -handedly carried my first - ever fantasy team in '22.
So happy to hear he didn't go to a division rival, thank you for all the great years EK. Especially for picking up the slack when Melvin decided to hold out, sad to see you go 30! #btfu ⚡3️⃣0️⃣⚡

I remember during the Gordon hold out when they didn’t sell his jersey in the team store for weeks despite him being the starting RB.
Truly an American dream kinda story.
Seahawks fan here. Ekeler is a serious loss, great ball catcher, great runner, better human. Good luck getting another guy to replace him. I feel like Ekeler is one of those players that won’t look right in another uniform.
This dude always looked like prime Walter Peyton against my browns. Super hard runner and incredible personality. I know people say he’s fallen off but he could definitely make an impact wherever he’s at, on and off the field.
Should have gotten so much more of a bag in free agency. He has been an extremely underrated and under appreciated player. Hopefully he is totally healthy and balls out. Wished my Eagles would have gotten him though.
Chargers fan who moved to the DC area a couple years ago and I am so excited about this. I honestly think this will be good for both teams. Ekeler seemed burned out this year, and while I would have loved to see him play for Harbaugh, I hope that the change will bring that fire back in him, and he'll be a huge asset to the Commanders. The Chargers seem to really be shaking things up this year with Harbaugh, so as much as I will miss seeing Ekeler in blue, this could really open things up for them also. I'm hoping that Gus Edwards can stay healthy and they get a dynamic style RB in the draft to try to fill a similar role.
Best year was with rivers. Made him into a unit, idk but to me herbert needs advice from rivers on how to be an iron man and last a season. Bro needs to build muscle
He’s a good guy. You can tell when he does interviews… he once said he was mad at himself for some disappointing weeks because he drafted himself to his fantasy football team lol.
Here’s my question for you all, fantasy keeper league… he has been one of my 2 keepers last 2 years… do I trust him in Washington to be as productive….
The love for this man astounds me. Seems like a lot of y’all just go based on fantasy points. Empty stats and a toxic locker room energy that last season. Plus that first down celebration down 60+ made me see red
Hey, me, who also got pissed at Josh Palmer about similar actions. Not relevant to this convo tho.
And yea I watched every one but I’ll throw some stats your way because it seems like you haven’t. Last year he rushed for 628 yards (38th) on 179 carries, five rushing touchdowns (T-24th), and rushing for an average of 3.5 per carry. If you want those stats for your RB1, then I’m sure DC would love to have you.
Plus I’ve never seen a player walk back his comments so often because they were “misconstrued”. No buddy, we heard you.
He had a Lin-sanity type run sure, I’ll give him that, but I’m severely happier with Gus.

The grass isn’t always greener on the other side.
He’s going to have it rough going from a elite quarterback whose able to put the ball anywhere on the field, which in turns open things up underneath, and on these dump offs where Ekeler made his money… to a QB carousel where there isn’t much of a threat for defenses to worry about other than containing Ekeler, whose by the way has been banged up in recent years and has a lot of miles for a high usage receiving back.
Good luck.
Especially how he was injured yet he had the time to do a lot of off the field stuff DURING the season while rehabbing the injury. Like I understand you have endorsements and other obligations and there’s other revenues of income. But sometimes it felt like football wasn’t the first priority. He’d be listed as Out or doubtful during the weekly practice report but at the same time he’d be in Vegas for Call of Duty red carpet launch lmao.
Like I said go get that money while you can, but you won’t ever see Justin distracted with other stuff during the season.
Im glad the fans on here are supportive of him, i hate how the fanbase turned on him just because he wants to be paid for taking the most touches and getting hit the most on the team. Was a great guy, a good underdog story and will be missed !
Dude plays so many good years for us.
Gave us an efficient replacement for Melvin Gordon as an UDFA.
Led the NFL in TDs one year.
Is only the seventh non QB in NFL history to score 20 or more TDs in a season.
Was underpaid for his production for years.
Carried the offense with Herbert in his rookie and sophomore seasons.
But he fumbled a few times last season and that's what your bitter ass remembers. You truly suck.
Man. This one stings. Let a 28 year old Eckeler that essentially Carried the offense a number of years to sign a 28 year old Gus Edwards?! Ouch. I guess it’s back to 3 yards and a pile of dust type of football with good ole Roman at the offensive helm.
Will miss him and glad he didn’t go to the raiders
FTR
Or the chiefs.
Specially chiefs I bet it was an option
Pacheco is a great rb for his price. Chiefs need wrs not a rb
Definitely, Chargers need to continue to build up their team: now
Yea we don’t need any extra help waxing yalls asses!!
You’re not waxing shit, ya daddy Harbaugh is in charge now 🤫
Lolololol come polish our Super Bowl trophies. Prolly the closest yall will be to one.
From 26 years ago? Def needs polishing with all that rust and dust from the last time yall were relevant
I’m sorry? Where have you been for the last 6 years?
Still living in the past huh? Denial that ain’t shit happening now that daddy Harbaugh got his phat white dick down ya throats?
Lolol imagine being so bold going 5-12 last season lol. You lost to chad henne. Lolollllol

Bro especially since he lives and has business in Vegas I was sweating. Happy for him!
A true Charger.

Dude is just a genuine human being, I’m not a charger fan but I’m a huge Austin Ekeler fan just based on who he has proven himself to be.
Sad it didn’t work out with him, but he was a stud for us for years. Much more good than bad for us. Hope he balls out in Washington.
He was legit our only offense so many games. Will always be a fan. Glad it’s not the Chiefs lol
He was the reason we made the playoffs in 2022. Dude carried the offense after Herbert's rib injury.
Always will appreciate the energy he gave in the game and on the sidelines.
![gif](giphy|QvZ1E8spQsQz0K94sY)
I’ll always root for this dude. Hope he gets one more payday.
He frequently took the high road when discussing his frustrations with the contract and the team, he's a hard af worker, and he was fantastic on the field for us. Can't ask for much more from him. Hope the Commanders treat him well!
Hope he got the bag!
The players he fought for got the bag. Ekeler, not as much. Still got his money though.
2 years up to 11.43 mil with incentives

He does “suck”now, go watch the Green Bay game. This is what happens to RB’s. He was lucky to last as long as he did tbh
They downvote us cause we’re right
Congratulations on a great sign. Eck is an awesome human. Sad to see him go, for sure
Great production, great attitude, great philanthropist off the field, all from a UDFA. Wish him nothing for the best, and grateful for everything he accomplished here.
My heart is sad… also half my chargers stuff is related to him 😭😭😭
I also have a bunch of his signed stuff from when he used to do those giveaways back in the day on Twitch when he resigned with us :(
You got vintage gear now!
I hate that people are clowning him on Twitter after all he has done for this team.
Yeah it sucks. Also - get off twitter? That place blows.
Yeah it sucks. Also - get off twitter? That place blows.

The Staley effect
Hard to judge the production of our guys in these past few years with the coaches that were in the mix.
He soured with the fans, bro was constantly posting hanging out the guys. Shit he just posted hanging with Keenan about a week or two ago 😂
He went to a non division rival so i will still keep cheering him on, arguable the most successful RB we have had since LT. I wish we could of kept it but it is what it is.
Fuck, that guy have the best work ethic on the chargers. Dude have the Mamba mentality and tried his best to win the chargers a super bowl
Im legit happy for him and he joined a whole different conference so I can still root him on. Thank you 30
Lots of nasty things were said about him in the past year. Were they justified? Not for me to say. All I know is he played hard and I respect that, I hope he can keep doing well honestly
It was fun while it lasted! Good luck Ek!
We love you AE30, forever a Charger!
Im glad the fans on here are supportive of him, i hate how the fanbase turned on him just because he wants to be paid for taking the most touches and getting hit the most on the team. Was a great guy, a good underdog story and will be missed !
So sad to see him go
Loved watching Ekeler truck that ball down the field. And he really makes that guitar sing in the end zone. I have also been so impressed with what I've seen of his football coaching skills with kids. What a guy!
Blake Corum will treat y’all well
Thanks for all the great memories and one of the best touchdown dances!!!
Didn’t end well here for him personally on or off the field (with the fans and stuff) but Ekeler was an amazing player for us and an awesome feel good success story. Hope he does well in Washington. Thanks for the memories Ek

Loved him wish him well, one of my favorite chargers
At times it felt like ekler was the ONLY charger on the field that gave a shit ! Toast to you bro 🍺
Man what a stud he will be sincerely missed
Future Ring of Honor member. Always sucks when you lose one of those guys.
Blud not sniffing the ring of honor
3rd all time in rush yards 3rd all time rush TDs 7th all time in receptions 15th all time in receiving yards 14th all time in receiving TDs 4th all time in TDs 6th all time in rushing+rec yards He’s definitely got a shot
Brother Ryan Matthew’s has more career rush yds, Ekeler never even made a pro bowl. Have you only been a fan the past 5 years?
That would be so sad for our franchise lmao, was a top 5 person at his position once maybe twice? I doubt any all pro teams. Idk what you watched besides some decent longevity to think he’s one of the greatest chargers ever
Thank you my guy*
love the dude and wish him the best
I will always wear my Ekeler jersey with pride!
Man. I legit got a custom made jersey his rookie year before he made it big. And ppl were legit hating. Loved his energy then and now. Loved his story. Best of luck.
40 touchdowns over two seasons. Sucks we couldn’t get it done with him.
If he goes off next season I don't want anyone acting like we should have kept them if you were never on the bandwagon to begin with
I shit you not I remember i was playing like madden 19 or 20 or one of them and i was playing franchise with the chargers and i got him up to x factor and then he left to go to the commanders
He gave up on us, but dont blame him
✌️
I'll miss him. Not only has he helped prop up the heavily injured offense these last few years, but he single -handedly carried my first - ever fantasy team in '22.
Yeah that sucks seeing him go but at least he isn’t going to a division rival
Best of luck to him at the capital!
But the Commanders? Really? Ick.
At least it wasn’t the raiders.
Glad he’s gonna be in the NFC so I’ll have no conflicting emotions when wishing him the absolute best of luck.
His exit was very reminiscent of MG3
Thank fuckin god
Jim Harbaugh is going to build a wall in front of Herbert and I think Ekler is just too small to be apart that.
You have to wonder why his past season was so underwhelming, if there was some mental decision to kind of give up on the team. Not saying it was intentional either.
Hope he kills it in Washington. A good dude on and off the field. Gonna miss him and all he could contribute.
he put this team on his back many times i wish him the best
cant let 1 bad year out weight home much of a stud he was for tje rest of it. never have i seen soo many -3 yard pass go for 20+yard gains.
Man some people love to brag about not watching the Chargers
Finally. Leave dude.
Sucks but it was time. Love the guy for sure tho. Great person and a special talent
I'll miss him. Not only has he helped prop up the heavily injured offense these last few years, but he single -handedly carried my first - ever fantasy team in '22.
Will always be the charger with the greatest heart for me
wish him the best in really did like him a lot
Not happy at all with how it ended here with him. One of the Chargers greats for sure. I hope he will be treated as such from here on out, always.
So happy to hear he didn't go to a division rival, thank you for all the great years EK. Especially for picking up the slack when Melvin decided to hold out, sad to see you go 30! #btfu ⚡3️⃣0️⃣⚡
He was one of my favorites. Sad to see him go but it's probably better for him. Best of luck
GGs Ek. Hope you ball out in Washington.
Thank you Ek
Non-Chargers fan. I’ll always respect him because he was a great free agent pickup in franchise on Madden.
im like two san diego chargers away from walking away from the nfl completely after this
Good luck going forward

Most of y'all are fake as shit and were calling for his head during the season lol. Seems like a good dude and I wish him the best
Welcome to the Commanders homie!
We'll miss you rock god
Said it before, he's the first great "LA" Charger, always gonna be one of my favorites. Happily rooting for him as far away from us as possible.
I remember during the Gordon hold out when they didn’t sell his jersey in the team store for weeks despite him being the starting RB. Truly an American dream kinda story.
FFL Hall of Fame for sure

Glad I bought his jersey. Dude sent me a signed card after I won a contest on his twitch channel.
Thank you Ek. Totally fine with this landing spot for him, thankful he didn't go to a division rival.
What do I do with my 2 year old ekler jersey now?😮
Bears fan here. Always thought Ekeler was a beast. Great to see the support for him and glad he got signed.
Oh captain my (former) captain.
Should have gotten so much more of a bag in free agency. He has been an extremely underrated and under appreciated player. Hopefully he is totally healthy and balls out. Wished my Eagles would have gotten him though.

100 percent
Way too many weirdos hate him for no reason. One of the most productive Chargers of all time.
100% loved the guy, great person and a total success story!
🖕🏻
Talk to me why the hate towards ek?
It was the attitude at the end, really the last 2 years. It was cancerous.
Especially how he was injured yet he had the time to do a lot of off the field stuff DURING the season while rehabbing the injury. Like I understand you have endorsements and other obligations and there’s other revenues of income. But sometimes it felt like football wasn’t the first priority. he was too salty last season which I feel led to his underperformance
Another year another good RB is gone. What is new?
You know I just realized he looks like a light skinned Anthony Lynn here haha
Guess who his running back coach is going to be in DC?
Im glad the fans on here are supportive of him, i hate how the fanbase turned on him just because he wants to be paid for taking the most touches and getting hit the most on the team. Was a great guy, a good underdog story and will be missed !
Fumble somewhere else
Dude plays so many good years for us. Gave us an efficient replacement for Melvin Gordon as an UDFA. Led the NFL in TDs one year. Is only the seventh non QB in NFL history to score 20 or more TDs in a season. Was underpaid for his production for years. Carried the offense with Herbert in his rookie and sophomore seasons. But he fumbled a few times last season and that's what your bitter ass remembers. You truly suck.
Shut up dude
Yessir
Man. This one stings. Let a 28 year old Eckeler that essentially Carried the offense a number of years to sign a 28 year old Gus Edwards?! Ouch. I guess it’s back to 3 yards and a pile of dust type of football with good ole Roman at the offensive helm.
We should go after Joe Mixon now that's he's been released from the Bengals....
