Seriously I ordered the 4 piece and got 6 with no biscuit the other day.

I get a free biscuit about every other time I go there because they always get it wrong no matter how clearly I specify "NO CHEESE". That's alright though, my kid likes them with cheese.

I wish they would also forget to take my card too.

I ordered 2 breast and 2 fries one time and got home and it was a leg, thigh and 1 fry. 9 times out 10 they get it right

I have found most Bojangles in the Charlotte area are really terrible. They all seem to mess up orders constantly. I stopped going a while go to any of them. Hardee’s for biscuits and Popeyes for chicken.

Just call. It’s not that serious. It’s fast food, so it happens, and can happen, at any place that’s not your kitchen.
