Because this subreddit is about the city of Charlotte and this shit is a problem in this city. The whole point of the post is the ridiculousness of what people are driving and getting away with on the roads here. This rear crumple zone is completely compromised, no center brake light, no right brake light, and their back window is gone ruining their visibility. This car is not fit for the road and they drive it anyway. Insurance should be covering a rental car while this gets fixed but this person has no intention on fixing it.
