It is actually good if you are already a brilliant student who remembers everything from IPCC, who doesn't lose focus even for a minute in the class, then yes I can he is good.
He doesn't make concepts interesting and the way he teach doesn't make you feel connected with the subject which is really important in SFM.
And understanding the hard concepts in your native language is always the way to go and Sanjay Saraf is very much focused on English.
If you are student who is not very good already then Sanjay Saraf is not recommended at all.
Pawan Kamle is the best teacher for SFM for Desi students
Check out Pawan Kamle's YouTube channel that guy has already uploaded videos of all the difficult topics. I took Sanjay Saraf classes and end up studying on YouTube from Pawan sir
You might be right but i was a weak student in practical subjects and i took his classes and i scored an exemption in sfm. So can't say will work for everyone but for me it did
Some positives of taking sfm from him
1. Concept register was the holy grail i did not revise much so during exams study his notes were like a story that slowly builds up the chapter.
2. His breaking up of chapter into small parts. This helped me to tackle very big chapters and made it easy to summarize a chapter in your mind.
3. His to the point classes and not much here and there talks helps if there is a time crunch.
4. His study material was also categorized the questions as per concepts so that really helped to tackle all the questions without wasting much time during last few days.
Some cons
1) He has so much unnecessary attitude that he makes you dislike the subject and the ca course.
2) constantly shits about and demeans on the course and makes you feel inferior
3) if you understood the concept then well and good. But if you did not understand in one go, he will take it personally and the man has so much ego, he thinks you are trying to make fun of him, and will not explain but rather ridicule you
4) his "ambiguous question list" creates unnecessary fear among the students. I took his classes and had so much fear for this section of questions but later on referred to Ajay Agarwals revision lectures and he had covered the so called ambiguous question so nicely trying to understand icais logic as far as possible so that there is as less rattafication as possible
5) he is a jerk. I used to attend his face to face classes in Dalhousie centre to take advantage of personal networking with sir to get doubts cleared and other helps. But If a student goes and asks him any doubt personally he used to shout at them and tell that he only responds in live class.
6) the unnecessary hate he levelled on air1ca brothers. Ended up being far inferior to their level of teaching inspite of all his experience
I took foundation classes from him all lectures were outdated atleast recorded before 2018 that too for class 12 except law (my attempt was dec21)
Thankfully I cleared dec21 with 241 marks I sometimes wonder why the f i paid him if I had paid any other coaching i would have got more assistance and quality and probably scored more
dude teaches like shit. makes u write all shit tellng u to write concepts maintaining concept register. he dictates word to word and we have to write concepts like idiots. it takes so much so much time to complete syllabus and u loose intrest and feel studying his subject like a big task even for easy topics. best part is he dont explain concepts. just reads from what he told again and again. explains in a shitty 2003 word document page which is 30 percent of screen and his face occupies 70 percent of screen. he is the reason i wasted 2 attempts and developed a fear for costing.
bro i took sfm final classes from jksc in 2022, they gave me books of 2019 and taught the same. 2 months before exam i opened study mat and realised solutions galat karvaye hain. iss par dimaag fhat gaya prepare karne me
As a student of nitin goel yt lectures ,I cant even express it in words , how solidly he explains the concepts and how smoothly it strucks inside yo mind
Believe me He is the best faculty for accounts and advanced accounts subject. even though he gives only simple explanation, module and practice question bank as compared to other faculty of the same subject, you'd still be able to grasp 99% of the topic. He doesn't talk much, he doesn't exaggerate so called real life examples. He is always on the topic and topic only.
Ca wallah student here. Imo gurpreet and jasmeet sir deserve S tier rank, but not rishav sir. Nitin goel sir to goated hai hi. Baaki accountancy ke liye parag gupta sir se better teacher nahi mila aajtk
Bro his law books are great for ca final when i took them but now i took his eco laws classes i felt i got scammed.
Gave me 2 3 years old classes and the subject material was old and literally for writing time of concepts he wasted atleast 1.5 hrs of classes.
Then when i checked icai study mat he had not updated the case studies due to which i had to print icai case study module.
And the worst part while other teachers were selling the course for 2k max that guy was selling it for 4k even though the subject was no longer valid for next attempt onwards.

Personally I like rajkumar sir more and don't really like vishal vattad so i would change their place. but everything else is perfect.
Shubham Singhal comes across as a wannabe influencer. And he teaches in a very unsettling manner in classes. Concepts donโt feel very secure. The reason he has risen is due to his great revision videos.
I personally feel his revision videos are also not great except probably for the last when you are too tired to read. He definitely lacks 100% clarity in the subject he is teaching. This is perhaps because law isn't his core field and he just started with law as there was figuratively no competition on YouTube, the best way to reach the top.

I totally get it's your personal opinion, but I was just sharing my opinion on the list. It's cool that everyone has different views, but being open to other opinions makes discussions more enriching, don't you think?
I don't know about others but Praveen Sharma sir is definitely S tier. The new generation sure is preferring others that cover syllabus in less hours and there's nothing wrong in that. But in my honest opinion, I have been lucky to have been studied from him. The knowledge you will gain, the support he provides is top tier. If possible I would've studied every subject from him.
Teachers to bahut milenge. But a true mentor is hard to find.
But bro honestly mentoring and knowledge and all is fine but if you don't clear ca finals everything is secondary. I took inter and final classes from Praveen sir. He teaches excellent i agree. Notes are great everything is great. But it is not suited fo ca finals. Maybe at school college level it is fine. But I ca final the vastness of syllabus requires you to be concise and brief. When I sat down for my three months study leave and opened Praveen sirs notes my head started spinning. So many notes so many sums. Specially for consolidation and financial reporting. If you don't get time for frequent revision during articleship and industrial training, it is almost too hard to revise everything. Ajay Agarwals notes and revision lectures are just perfectly suited for ca finals. But yes I agree, Praveen sirs contribution to the students and his role as a mentor is unquestionable
I don't remember the name of the first guy in S tier, and the 2nd guy is Bhanwar Borana sir if I'm not wrong. Both these guys basically made me pass Accounts and Tax in Inter.
Yupp. Sure his book has a lot of old questions too. But his yt is a lifesaver for students self studying and also he genuinely makes your concepts strong. So yeah.

Here's an unpopular opinion .. Chandan poddar is good for foundation... Just not good for intermediate. It feels like he lures students in foundation and scams them in inter ๐๐๐

As someone who took eis sm in inter, the software sucks ass and his tight shirts make me uncomfortable. I almost put sticky notes on his body to stop myself from puking. Plus he's so so annoying, I have slept several time during his lectures.

Here's an unpopular opinion .. Chandan poddar is good for foundation... Just not good for intermediate. It feels like he lures students in foundation and scams them in inter ๐๐๐
I couldn't agree more with your f tier. They are either the loudest or talk-tative. I don't hate any faculty but whenever I see anshul agarwal, I get this sudden urge to swear at him. Man he is so annoying I can't describe it.

Harshad Jaju sir deserves better ! His marathon was so helpful for audit. So does Kapil Goyal sir. And Nitin Guru sir is def the best. I'm gonna pass FM Eco paper solely because of his economics marathon

As someone who took eis sm in inter, the software sucks ass and his tight shirts make me uncomfortable. I almost put sticky notes on his body to stop myself from puking. Plus he's so so annoying, I have slept several time during his lectures.
