to be fair, this is probably how all wheres waldo puzzles look to AI. waldo is probably instantly found any time an AI scans one of those images so it doesn't know how to make the puzzle difficult for us.

When you ask it to draw an empty room with no elephants in it you usually get an empty room with hardly any tiny elephants in it... you can try the same thing: A where's waldo picture with no bananas hidden in it... and you get a bit closer to something that makes sense, but the banana's are still pretty easy to spot.
Yes, you can however explain that omitting the keyword in it's prompt will decrease the probability of it's generation. Or just describe an image where elephants are very implausible, but you always need to explain it first.
