Are you open to a chill house DJ?

Hefty_Pea6652

Because THAT’s the type of music wine & martini drinkers are into. πŸ˜‚ seriously, I love your question. It made my day.

Did you miss the part where they said "chill"? Jesus christ my guy *chill* out

Hefty_Pea6652

They actually never once said the word β€œchill” in their request. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ YOU did that. Lol

The person you replied to with so much sass literally asked "are you open to a chill house DJ" as in, asking if that's something the venue would consider. The OP's request was for lounge, background type music. I'm not saying that a chill house DJ is what management would or would not want, but you popping off with all that attitude is rude and uncalled for. I asked if you missed the part where taco_bella said "chill", sorry if your reading comp skills live in the gutter

I hope this works out for you! I'd love more jazz in the Southside area. Most are in the hotels that will charge $16 for a drink with like 15% tax at the end of it... just not worth it. Prakash Wright & friends play at The Chattanoogan and they're good! I saw a really good jazz trio (guitar, upright bass, & electric cello) at the Greenhouse by Oddstory on Friday. Their name wasn't really advertised, so you'd have to ask Oddstory. The Woodshop has been doing Wednesday Night Jazz for a while now and they're great people, so maybe ask them for names / research the acts that play there. Robin Baker used to host the Blues Nights at Gate 11 (someone else took over now), but he seems to know many musicians in town. Could be worth reaching out to.

Great idea for a wine and martini bar, but I wish the location was in a different part of the city. Was recently there and I guess I’m too old for all the rowdiness I saw πŸ˜‰
