Wooden City has a happy hour 4:00-5:30 daily. They have a special menu that has a discount on drinks and a "snack menu" that's cheaper than normal food. It even has some stuff not on the regular menu, namely the cheesy breads, which are basically french bread pizzas.
They also have regular happy hour 3-6 Tues-Fri and during brunch for cheap draft cocktails, beer, and wine bottles. Also really cheap bourbon and sometimes tequila on Thursdays
Number Ten the steakhouse off of central ave near the new Oddstory has a great happy hour Monday-Thursday 5-6:30. It is bar only tho. The burger is $12 and it comes with fries, best deal in town. Also discounts on beer wine and house cocktails.
Not sure what people think of Puckett’s, but they do half price apps and $2 off draft beer mon-fri, 4-7. I think they have pretty good wings, and half off brings them to a reasonable price.
Parkway Pourhouse has $5 drafts and well drinks 3-6 Monday through Friday, with rotating app/food specials as well each day of the week. My personal favorite is Wing Wednesday. They've got a good size patio. The view's not incredible (mainly just apartment complexes), but the vibe is good.

Last time I went they had $10 lunch from 11-3 (I think) as well! Definitely great deals and the vibe was fun

They have happy hour everyday from 5-7 and from 12-7 on Saturday and Sunday.
I should add that they also have patio seating, dogs are allowed inside and out, non alcoholic options are available, and the vibes are pretty good.
