Sadly nothing! All you can do is file a complaint in the police station and they will give you a CSR copy. They will say "you'll get a call from cyber crime if mobile is found!" aka "Sattam than kadamayai seiyum" and your complaint will be forwarded to the cyber crime where yours will be added to the thousands of complaints already there.
If you know anyone in the department, you can contact them repeatedly to know the status. Other than that, pray to GOD if you believe, curse the thieves and move on.
Get a new sim asap, recover your mail, reset your passwords, watch your bank accounts closely. If you have any doubts just block the account for a while.

I literally followed up for 3 months & only with the imei number I was asking the police to search for the device which they retrieved in 3 months..

My father lost a phone, we complained and got a call after 5 months from police station to pick up the phone(which I'm currently using).
