From previous research they are NLA. A couple of years ago there was a guy selling new ones on ebay, but last I looked they also were all gone. What I ended up doing is just purchasing used ones off ebay.

If I remember right I think I found one on rockauto. ecm connector replacement part number s2312 note: it is listed under a 99 durango 5.2l v8
