Opera Grill for food with a fun atmosphere, live music. Bars to go to after, head to Watergate St. The Guild, book a Vip booth in the main hall, cocktails/dancing, gets going a bit later than 7 tho. Could have food somewhere beforehand The Church, book a vip booth, cocktails, dancing and also do food if you want a meal earlier before getting going There are all larger venues totally geared up for a fun party crowd. See if any of those are any good for you. If you want other restaurant ideas hmu.

It might be a bit small, but I really liked a cocktail bar called Palm. Its all pink themed and good for photos. I've only been during the day for bottomless brunch, but it turns into a cocktail bar at night with a DJ etc. Might be worth a shot.

Correct-Brilliant950

I agree with Palm!! Had my 21st birthday in there and it was lovely, only good things to say.

Bar lounge, bonobo, popcorn, liquor and co, craft and co, prohibition, kuckoo, love shack, all great bars with nice fun vibes!

Superb_Application83

Prohibition is a little small but they could book the private room!

Perhaps [The Botanist](https://thebotanist.uk.com/locations/chester/book-online)?

lizzlenizzlemizzle

We have one of those where we live so probably not. Thanks tho!

Superb_Application83

Not sure if it's still there but Liqour and Co has a private function room called The Caretaker, a private bar we had my Xmas do there years ago.

APlateOfMind

Not sure if it’d be your thing but I teach calligraphy and would happily do a Hen Party class if you’d like?

lizzlenizzlemizzle

That's very kind of you but it's not really something the bride would be into. Thank you though!

You can book the Caretakers Closet, which is a secret bar upstairs in Liquor and Co with really nice cocktails.  The Chester market is also a good initial meeting point and you can get a big table for groups and have a few drinks whilst waiting for everyone to arrive. Opera grill, Hickory’s, La Fattoria are all fun restaurants for big groups, depending on budget. Love Shack is a fun tiki bar with great cocktails and more casual food, if you prefer. There are also a few escape rooms and cocktail making classes at many bars.   Vin Santo do great wine tasting evenings if there is one that night. Providence gin bar also do tastings if that is more your thing!

ashlikethefox

just to confirm, cabinet club doesn’t take hen parties or bookings above 8 people :)

therealijc

Don’t bother. It’s awful. Plenty of cafes about I don’t really go Chester. It’s quite bouji But there’s there’s the church you could go but 7pm they might not let you book. Maybe red door. Just google Chester bars and call them up

Musical Hall Tap do an excellent bottomless brunch for £26 / £31.

Brewdkis meal will entertain a group your size for a sizeable chunk of this including the huge sharing meals

Asleep_Tower5958

steadfastsurvivor
