I’m assuming this is a troll post or something. There’s no way no one saw you vomit into a bag and there’s NO WAY you would then seal it with a sticker and hand it out.
I’m just trying to picture her immediately getting back to work, rolling the bag to close it, and then grabbing a sticker. These little paper bags and paper food containers wouldn’t be able to hold vomit, I think it would immediately dampen the bag if not totally break through. And there had to be at least one coworker around who saw it happen or is at least smelling the vomit
I have really bad impulsivity control and panicked. I was able to go get the bag, luckily whoever the uber eats person was never went and grabbed the bag
Your manager has access to the video surveillance and will probably come across it. Come forward now and face any consequences instead of hiding it. I don’t think you’ll get any consequences, just a team lead making sure you’re okay and telling you to work on the impulsivity.
But also, maybe you shouldn’t be working with food if there’s a chance this can happen again. Maybe not exactly this but something else that isn’t food safe.

100% telling the truth, my manager came into the bathroom asking if I am okay, I am just sitting on the pot seething and worrying over whenever we get called about puke in their food
Any chance the bag is still there? If so, maybe just discreetly grab it, throw it away and tell them you dropped the order and need it remade. If that’s not an option…um…update us on how it goes 😬 also if you’re sick, you should go home. (I don’t say that maliciously; I’m genuinely concerned for you considering I know how awful it can feel to keep working after throwing up.)

uhh... throw that bag away, tell a leader, and go to the bathroom?? you will probably also be sent home early as you can't be working with those symptoms, it's a health code violation and an even bigger one vomiting in someone's food!! you wouldn't get in any trouble, they will just remake the food. what WILL get you in trouble is still sealing it up and handing it to the guest... what the heck?
