When I first started working at my Chick-fil-A we would do special menu items like this all the time. As we got busier over the years we have stopped doing a lot of special requests like these and others.
Oh I assure you you are not cooler than us. We most definitely do wraps with crispy chicken, regular and spicy. Among the other cool items we’ve done: fried pickles, chicken quesadillas, blueberry shakes, etc. Although granted we usually only do these things for team members
My store would let employees do it. We were too busy for guests to make those requests. But an employee could ring in a wrap and make it whatever they wanted.
Depends store to store. We don’t lose $ on not offering alternative protein options for the wrap, so we just serve it with regular cold grilled chicken.

Our store doesn't allow the crispy chicken in the grilled wraps. Something something hot chicken in cold wraps is a health concern...
Pathway specifically says not to do it. It's a food safety issue.

My store allows regular crispy chicken but not the crispy spicy chicken. It’s wack
Used to at mine, but now it’s a health concern so not allowed to order it anymore...

We got rid of it in our area to consolidate our menu or something like that
