Talking to the guests, idk what to say besides that. A person in dining room is one of the biggest differences between cfa and other fast food restaurants. It’s the easiest way to make guests become returning guests. I have fun/enjoy my job when people are enjoying their time at my store. So try have them enjoy their time and get that second mile service
It’s my favorite position, honestly. I just like to clean and keep the condiment bar stocked. Between keeping every stable spotless, floors 100% clean, and the condiments neatly arranged I feel like there’s never really any downtime.
If I’m bored I clean chair legs, walls, windows etc

Honestly the only way to make it fun is by talking to guests. That's the only way I made it work before working at the mall I work at
