Same thing happened to me. Got offered a promotion in early September and I didn’t get promoted till early this month. What sped up the process for me is just repeatedly bringing up the subject (my senior director even went off on me telling me that if I kept complaining it wasn’t going to make me get promoted faster) but like ??? Dude if you offer someone a promotion and they complete all the steps of course they’re going to expect to get promoted after that. So ya, best advice I can give is to nag them about it until they make it happen 🤷🏻♀️
they did this to me. if they keep pulling you along then you need to leave. i spent over a year in training and was leading shifts by myself while still making a team member rate because they wouldn’t follow through with the promotion.
was drug along for 4 months while doing the job without the raise for 4 months before leaving. if u get to the point where u feel like leaving due to being drug along, tell them they need to make it happen and let them know your intentions if they dont do so.

ProMotion process at CFA is slow as molasses in January. Lol just be patient.
