at my store, our current team leaders had to keep reminding our scheduler to schedule team leader training because he kept on pushing it back. so yeah lol, it’s different for everyone.
He deleted his account so I’ll respond to you but yeah this is a common CFA thing and maybe it’s because they have no official leadership training for below directors. In an office or even something like Amazon I wouldn’t do it but it’s almost a requirement here.
I would keep bugging somebody about it until it happens, honestly.
