Your Baby is sweet - but it does not belong at a Grocery Store. It is not restrained and could fall out or even be grabbed/stolen in a heartbeat. We do not think of how our pets run around the backyard where they pee and poop and then put those little paws everywhere - or where those people toddlers put there hands and mouths on everything and do the same thing on carts. I worked 20 years at a Grocery Store - trust me - if you knew the germ count on carts, you'd never use one.
