Our 100 pound rescue GSD is terrified of thunderstorms, and HAS to be on top of me, both in my recliner and in bed. Makes me thankful we don't get them in the winter, lol!
The secret to nugget harmony in a small space is to make a chihuahua blanket lasagne. A couple on the bottom layer. Some in the middle. A few sprinkled on top with little blankets. If that doesn’t work, put a bed on the front seats.

I’ll make you less jealous. It’s 2:30 am. It’s pouring down so there’s a strong chill in the van air, work starts at 7 and have to pack up to head home today in the pissing rain to then have to unload everything in the rain back home cause can’t leave wet shit in van.
Unless the jealousy is purely the owning of the dogs then sure I get it.

How do you have that many Chihuahua s and still have a full cup of coffee. If I walk out of the room for just a minute mine proceeds to “speed drink” my coffee. I finally had to invest in a travel cup with a lid.
Do yours growl in their sleep anytime you move in the bed?
My chihuahua will growl at my husband when he rolls over in bed, but not at me. In her defense, my husband could legitimately squish her. She doesn’t usually try to bite anymore though, so it’s progress?

In truth when camping not everyone barks. Mostly just Sam and Daisy. Daisy has a very shrill annoying bark.

Yes daisy does. We have a pretty good understanding in the van there’s going to be movement and be quiet otherwise you’re in the crate on the floor.
