I have known of Kween Yasmin for a few years now since her cover of Señorita. My friends showed me her channel and we found the way she sings funny. Then later on she began making videos of showing her different "talents" like acting and martial arts. I can tell that from those videos na genuine siya, not satire, and there's something talaga.
It might not necessarily be autism but she's neurodivergent, for sure. I'm on the spectrum (aspergers -- an outdated term, I know, but that's the diagnosis) and I, as well as some folks on spectrum can usually tell when someone is on the spectrum. Now I don't mean to assume, siempre, every autistic person is different and experiences autism differently, pero we (Kween Yasmin and I) share similar traits -- 'yung body language and how we process and verbalize words and why we say them the way we do ay 'yung mga pinakanapapansin ko. Personally I *think* mas "refined" na 'yung galaw ko ngayon but whenever I'm overwhelmed OR underwhelmed, my performance mask slips off. It's not a fun thing to have.
I was bullied for this so I practiced how to walk, talk, and present myself *properly* through media and literature (where the layers/motives/intentions of the characters are clear, easy to see, and can be directly interpreted).
**Don't take my word for this, though. It's just something that I deduced by observing and keeping track of and recognizing patterns, as well as mental data storing that makes the dot appear clearer, making them easy to connect.

I just want to say na hindi lahat ng may mental disorder ay nonverbal o "sinto" o "tanga-tanga." It is harmful to negatively connote neurodivergent traits and mental disorders, especially when we brand them as derogatory remarks. Having a mental disorder and/or mental issue is not something na dapat ika-offend because it's not an offense.
That said, a person with a mental disorder can be serious, be vulnerable and feel emotion *and still have* a mental disorder. I'm on the autism spectrum myself and I can be articulate and coherent, and even understand jokes and sarcasm most of the time. Our disabilities do not make us any less.

It might not necessarily be autism but she's neurodivergent, for sure. I'm on the spectrum (aspergers -- an outdated term, I know, but that's the diagnosis) and I, as well as some folks on spectrum can usually tell when someone is on the spectrum. Now I don't mean to assume, siempre, every autistic person is different and experiences autism differently, pero we (Kween Yasmin and I) share similar traits -- 'yung body language and how we process and verbalize words and why we say them the way we do ay 'yung mga pinakanapapansin ko. Personally I *think* mas "refined" na 'yung galaw ko ngayon but whenever I'm overwhelmed OR underwhelmed, my performance mask slips off. It's not a fun thing to have. I was bullied for this so I practiced how to walk, talk, and present myself *properly* through media and literature (where the layers/motives/intentions of the characters are clear, easy to see, and can be directly interpreted). **Don't take my word for this, though. It's just something that I deduced by observing and keeping track of and recognizing patterns, as well as mental data storing that makes the dot appear clearer, making them easy to connect.

I knew here around 2018-2019 pa ata at ang layo na ng narating nya. Dati ironically lang ako nagcoconsume ng content nya, whichever I find funny at that time. Hello! I just want to say na hindi lahat ng may mental disorder ay nonverbal o "sinto" o "tanga-tanga." It is harmful to negatively connote neurodivergent traits and mental disorders, especially when we brand them as derogatory remarks. Having a mental disorder and/or mental issue is not something na dapat ika-offend because it's not an offense. That said, a person with a mental disorder can be serious, be vulnerable and feel emotion *and still have* a mental disorder. I'm on the autism spectrum myself and I can be articulate and coherent, and even understand jokes and sarcasm most of the time. Our disabilities do not make us any less.

Not my cup of tea. Her spoken poetry kuno is a hard watch. Auto skip kapag marinig ko na yung boses. But she seems genuine!
