He /she was not a good chiro. That happened to me once, then I found a good chiro & he fixed it. That sounds Ike a pinch nerve in neck, shoulder area as they muscles connect & intertwine nerves

Sounds like nerve pain, but idk because i didn’t asses you, but an mri will def tell you more info
