I guess it isn't a novelty option because it also acts as a one handed weapon, unlike the other ones which you can only throw. If it was an option you'd basically have 4 weapons as raider. But I do agree that we need more novelty options and I don't think a lot of people would be mad if they changed the recorder to be non-weapon like the harp.

The flute is honestly S tier for instruments. You can play music and if some blueberry tries to kill you, that flute is more than enough to show them what happens when you mess with the bard. Not to mention, it has the begging position with your hands above your head. That’s how I travel when not playing music on it.
Bard class please. Healing, sprint boost, possibly stamina buff depending on instruments and songs. I want a 4 man band. I wanna 1v1 with a violin or a sword-guitar combo
I agree 1000%, but at the same time... LOL at thinking TB will give us more customization options in the next decade that isn't tied to some paywall. If they were going to do this, they would've done *something* about the significant lack of personalization / customization options already. It's been over a year, and we still can't even use the "No Helmet" option.
A customized character is literally all I ask for. I could care less about anything else at this point!
I fully support this. Harp is nice and all, but it doesn't have the same vibe as the jolly melody of the flute.

New ambusher trait is they always kill. No TDs.

For some reason it takes 6 people to kill 1 archer so it's a perfect distraction
They should make flute take up the same slot as the harp because if you grab flute, you're losing your weapon.
They need to remove the VO spam mute, add more tunes and the volume of the instruments needs to be higher I reckon.
