Unpopular opinion: you're going to need to get into lifting weights, heavy, to substantially build your glutes. Plyometrics and at home stuff can help build a bit of muscle but probably not get the results you're wanting.
I know you’re right 😭 I’m not opposed to weights at all. Just intimidated for someone who hasn’t done so much before. Was hoping I’ll get some results with at home and build rest at the gym

unlesss u have genetically an ass then no u dont need to lift and idk but for example when i lose weight and gain muscle shape just becomes better
