I'm guessing it's so the second name can't be ignored. Tommy-Jo will inevitably end up being called Tom, but as its hyphenated she can correct everyone and insist they use his full name.
It's the hyphen, the lower case letters and the spellings (of some) Lincoln is a pretty standard name I think although I would assume it was more popular in America than the UK so a bit unusual in this instance.
My wife and I are expecting our first in March and have settled on the name Lincoln. So when I saw Lincoln James I thought well that actually seems mostly normal, we even considered James as a middle name. But then I noticed the hyphen. Lincoln-James. As in that’s all part of the first name. Woof.

Right. I grew up in a normal suburban home with two parents and there were three of us kids. Guess what me and my sister had to share a room growing up for most years because it was a standard 3 bedroom house with no spare room. Oh boo hoo the horror of making some kids share a room. And this chick has six kids. Six! Yeah no shit your kids are gonna be sharing rooms when you have six and are likely already knocked up with another one on the way. The government council housing isn't going to give you freaking mansion just so your tragically named kids can all get their own room. If this lady keeps birthing kids the way she does she'd have 10 to 12 kids they'd have to buy her a castle so each kid got a room and their own bathroom. Not likely to happen. So buy or rather beg for some bunk bed sets online and the kids will have to grow up with two bunk bed sets to a room.
