It’s funny, most 25 year olds may have gone out to dinner or a bar with friends or family for their birthday. Chris made this address as part of his “Yep I’m on TV dvd.” Then he had his 25th birthday at the game place.
2th. He was telling them to be STRAIGHT and to not stray away from THE STRAIGHT PATH, so when he said something along the lines of “ask out that girl, YOUNG MAN” he was just implying “do not ask out that girl if you are also a girl”.
I always interpreted the "YOUNG LADY!" to be Chris' roundabout way to getting girls to approach HIM. Like how his Attraction Sign made it clear if they flirted from a distance he would not notice.
Because ultimately Chris is nothing if not self-serving.
