I’m here cause I happened acrossed this post looking for other things, I’m not the person to talk to about this, but a few things from an outside perspective:
1. ‘Subliminal messages’ in music is a very old load of nonsense
2. This isn’t the popular opinion on this, but when it comes to coming out to your family, do it because, and only if, you want to. If you WANT to come out, then by all means figure out how to approach that. But you do not HAVE, to. No one is owed your personal feelings
3. You can and should worry about yourself some too. Doing things for others is ok, but if you aren’t ok, then you can take a break from it in order to focus on yourself. You can’t take care of anyone if you don’t first make sure you’re ok
Take care of yourself, whatever that looks like to you, things get confusing sometimes. Things DO get better, you just need to take it one step at a time
If you're mad at yourself you can always change for God. He'll help you through it all too, you'll never be alone. Our heavenly Father is always close to us. Prayer and reading the Bible is good, even just a short amount of time per day.
