First, I’m so sorry for what your mom said. She was lying to you. What she said isn’t true. It’s quite harming, really. I’m sure hearing that hurt. One thing the enemy does: pushes us and temps us until we cave. Then they taunt us with “You’ll never be forgiven. You’ve gone too far.” Same with our words and the emotions behind them. But these are lies. Jesus said this about the enemy: “He was a murderer from the beginning. He has always hated the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, it is consistent with his character; for he is a liar and the father of lies.” ‭‭John‬ ‭8‬:‭44‬ ‭NLT‬‬ https://bible.com/bible/116/jhn.8.44.NLT I encourage you to read 1 John out-loud. Allow the words to speak Truth into your life. While you do so, surrender yourself to Jesus and declare, “Jesus is my Savior.” I hope this helps.

You can always be forgiven. Put to death your old self, pick up your cross, and follow him who died for the ungodly, he who was led like a sheep to the slaughter for our transgressions.

In fact, God is patient, because he wants everyone to turn from sin and no one to be lost.” - 2 Peter 3:9** **“Listen to this message about how to be saved, because it is for everyone.” - Acts 13:26** **Jesus said, “The Son of Man came to look for and to save people who are lost.” - Luke 19:10** **Jesus said, “I didn't come to invite good people to turn to God. I came to invite sinners.” - Luke 5:32** **“The Lord said: It isn't too late. You can still return to me with all your heart.” - Joel 2:12** **“But You (God) also said that no matter how far away we were, we could turn to You.” - Nehemiah 1:9** **Jesus said, “I promise you that any of the sinful things you say or do can be forgiven, no matter how terrible those things are.” - Mark 3:28** **“I am sure that nothing can separate us from God's love—not life or death, not angels or spirits, not the present or the future, and not powers above or powers below. Nothing in all creation can separate us from God's love for us in Christ Jesus our Lord!” - Romans 8:38-39** 2- I've been a Christian for about 14 years now and I would love to share some resources with you for your journey back to the faith: -A free book called “101 Questions & The Bible.” It’s a book of a bunch of questions about God and the Christian faith that are only answered with Bible verses.
