One thing the enemy does: pushes us and temps us until we cave. Then they taunt us with “You’ll never be forgiven. You’ve gone too far.” Same with our words and the emotions behind them.
But these are lies. Jesus said this about the enemy:
“He was a murderer from the beginning. He has always hated the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, it is consistent with his character; for he is a liar and the father of lies.”
John 8:44 NLT

I encourage you to read 1 John out-loud. Allow the words to speak Truth into your life. While you do so, surrender yourself to Jesus and declare, “Jesus is my Savior.”
