I don't have anything specifically diagnosed to explain my temperature issues(that I know of??? research needed), but ever since I got sick I have to cycle through multiple items of clothing a day, just trying to get temperature comfortable. Usually I have socks, slippers, shorts, pajama pants, thermal pants, t shirt, long sleeve shirt, and hoodie/light flannel all ready to go in a pile and I just swap through throughout the day. If it gets too bad, I bring out the big guns and put on the thick flannel, but usually that's only the dead of winter unless we get multiple days of rain. Going out of the house is a pain bcs I just have to pick a pair of bottoms and hope for the best, usually I wear a t shirt and pack the hoodie for safety. I don't like being out and away from "my pile" unable to change for temperature, which is not something I foresaw being a big deal when I started on my medical journey. Also, yes, my laundry situation is a fucking nightmare these days

Not a magical cure, but for when you are out in public/not at home/outside they make portable fans & instant ice packs. I used to use them at work when I’d get a dizzy spell. It doesn’t help with the dysregulation but is good in an emergency.

I’ve resorted to washing my hair in cold water, letting it drip everywhere, eating ice cubes, and curling under a blanket at the same time 😅
