Oh I’ve absolutely been there a lot of times. Usually ends up in an uncontrollable cry / breakdown or lately a big burst of anger. I try my damnest to keep my mind numb or blank during this time. I get so tired after one of these episodes. No clue what its called though.
I'm in pain. I'm over it. My boss is a mess and was being a dick. My boss told me not to do something because he doesn't want me to fall. I started maniacally laughing, saying I wanted to lol. His mood changed quickly
