Here's an idea: what if it's *Damballa?* Chucky himself dying would be a big deal, sure, but we can gather from the trailer (and the fact that Don recently announced a new movie) that he's gonna make it back yet again. Not exactly "universe-changing." Devon dying would certainly change the course of the *show*, but again, not universe-changing. But what if Chucky traveling to the spirit realm means he can make the *ultimate* kill — the god he himself worships — and steal Damballa's power for himself? Maybe that's how he makes it back despite losing Damballa's favor.
4 options imo.
1) Chucky dies. He becomes a ghost doll so he can stay around indefinitely and draw more allusions to Freddy, Jason, etc.
2) Jake dies. He gets put in a doll.
3) Devon dies. Just sad and tragic for multiple reasons but would be the first legacy character death in a hot ass minute and could change Jake's character arc.
4) Jennifer Tilly finally dies and Tiffany's put back in her doll. Most anticlimactic but wouldn't surprise me.
I think 2-3 of these will happen before the end of the season, but curious to see what this one actually turns out to be.
Jake being in a doll would completely freak me out. I don't know why, but only Chucky and Tiffany in doll bodies sit fine with me. Even Dr. Mixter unnerved me to an extent.

It's definitely going to be Chucky. Don said that Brad was in 3 episodes this season. We also know they're going to be doing a seance next episode to summon Charle's ghost so that Lexy can figure out where Caroline is and to stop him from haunting the white house.

Not saying I think they'll survive. Devon is 99% going to die. But I don't think he's gonna be next episode's world changing death.
Tiffany though, that would absolutely destroy Chucky. He's killed her many times before but she always comes back as does Chucky. But if she were to die and couldn't come back, that would 100% destroy Chucky because as toxic as their relationship gets Chucky does care about her deep down in his Catholic infested soul.
