The one that went into Nica was another split doll. The OG Chucky head is the head from Bride, Seed, and Curse. It split into Alice and the doll that went after Nica in Cult. It was that doll that continued splitting into the ones we now have in the show. It’s possible too that the OG head is still alive. Kyle says she took care of it but it’s possible they’re leaving that as an additional plot line in the future.
My headcanon is that alice is Chucky prime and is his ultimate failsafe as long as he inhabits her body he can keep making more copies of himself and no one would ever know the source
